First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether a disposable device called the Zero Degree Knee positioner helps people regain full knee extension faster after total knee replacement surgery. About 154 adults aged 40-80 with knee osteoarthritis will be randomly assigned to use the device or follow standard rehab instructions. The main goal is to measure knee extension at 2 weeks after surgery and track patient-reported outcomes over time.
