Summary

This study tests a disposable device called the Zero Degree Knee positioner to see if it helps people regain full knee extension faster after total knee replacement. About 154 adults aged 40-80 with knee osteoarthritis will be randomly assigned to use the device or follow standard recovery instructions. The main goal is to measure knee straightness at 2 weeks after surgery and track patient-reported outcomes over time.
