Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called ZEN003694 for people with advanced squamous cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (NSD3 amplification). The drug works by blocking certain proteins that help the cancer grow. Researchers want to see if this treatment can shrink tumors or stop the cancer from progressing in patients who have already tried standard therapies.
