Targeted drug trial aims to slow Tough-to-Treat lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing if the experimental drug ZEN003694 can help control advanced squamous cell lung cancer in people whose cancer has a specific genetic change called NSD3 amplification. The drug works by blocking certain proteins that cancer cells may need to grow. Researchers are looking to see if this approach shrinks tumors in about 13 patients who have already tried standard treatments.
