New pill may extend remission for aggressive neuroendocrine cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether taking zanzalintinib after initial chemotherapy can help keep high-grade neuroendocrine tumors from growing or coming back. About 32 adults with this aggressive cancer will receive the drug and be monitored for progression and survival. The goal is to see if maintenance therapy improves outcomes without a cure.
