Two-Drug combo aims to knock out blood cancer in tough cases
NCT ID NCT05168930
Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two oral drugs, zanubrutinib and venetoclax, can effectively treat adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) that has come back after at least one prior treatment. The main goal is to see if the treatment can make the cancer undetectable by very sensitive tests. Participants will take the drugs for 15 months, with an option for more treatment if the cancer returns.
