Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety and effectiveness of combining two drugs—zanubrutinib and odronextamab—in 23 adults with Richter's transformation, a fast-growing lymphoma that arises from chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Zanubrutinib blocks a protein that helps cancer grow, while odronextamab helps immune cells attack the cancer. The goal is to find a tolerable dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors.
