NCT ID NCT06846463

First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the oral drug zanubrutinib to standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) helps more people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) achieve complete remission. It is for patients whose tumors have certain genetic changes (MYD88, CD79B, NOTCH1 mutations or CD5 positivity). About 21 adults will take zanubrutinib pills alongside R-CHOP, and researchers will track how many have no cancer signs after treatment.
