NCT ID NCT06730542

First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding zanubrutinib to a standard chemotherapy regimen (Pola-R-CHP plus high-dose methotrexate) is safe for people whose large B-cell lymphoma has spread to the brain or spinal cord. About 20 adults will take part. The main goal is to find side effects, but researchers will also check if the tumors shrink or disappear.
