Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new cell therapy called YTS109 in 18 adults with severe autoimmune diseases like lupus and Sjogren's syndrome that have not responded to standard treatments. Participants receive a single infusion of these specially designed immune cells. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also look for signs that the therapy can control the disease.
