New hope for aggressive brain cancer: experimental drug combo tested

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called YSCH-01, alone or with another drug (atezolizumab), in 10 people whose glioblastoma (a severe brain cancer) has returned. The main goal is to check safety and see if the treatment helps patients live at least one year longer. Participants must be in fairly good health and have a tumor of a certain size.
