Summary
This study adapts a program called Youth-Nominated Support Team (YST) for suicidal adolescents who are at clinical high risk for psychosis. Researchers will test whether involving a support team chosen by the teen can improve social connectedness, hope, and treatment engagement. The study includes 70 participants aged 12-25 who have had recent suicidal thoughts or behaviors and are receiving care for psychosis risk.
