Summary
This study tests a program called Youth Opioid Recovery Support (YORS) that helps young adults aged 18-28 with opioid use disorder stick to their medication and avoid relapse. Participants receive extra support from family or friends and work with a care team to overcome barriers to treatment. The goal is to see if this approach improves medication adherence and reduces opioid use over 26 weeks.
