First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested a program called HOP-C that provides team-based support—including case management, peer support, and mental health help—to youth aged 16-25 who recently moved into stable housing after being homeless. The goal was to see if this extra support helps them stay housed, find work or school, and improve their mental health compared to usual services. 108 youth took part in a randomized trial over one year.
