Summary
This study aims to check if a nutritional supplement called Youniqor is safe for healthy older adults to take. Sixteen participants aged 60 to 80 will take the supplement daily for eight weeks. Researchers will monitor their health through blood tests, heart checks, and other safety measures to see if any side effects occur.
