Summary
This study aims to check if a nutritional supplement called Youniqor is safe for healthy older adults to take. Sixteen participants aged 60 to 80 will take the supplement daily for 8 weeks. Researchers will monitor their health through blood tests, heart checks, and by asking about any side effects.
