Summary
This study looks at how quickly and how much essential amino acids (the building blocks of protein) get into the blood after eating yogurt or milk. Thirty healthy adults will eat one serving of either yogurt or milk, and have their blood tested many times over a few hours. The goal is to see which food gives a better early boost of amino acids.
