Summary
This study aims to understand how well the body absorbs essential protein building blocks (amino acids) from yogurt compared to milk. Healthy volunteers will consume one serving of each product on separate visits, and researchers will take multiple blood samples to measure absorption over time. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how these common foods deliver nutrients to the body.
