First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding online yoga classes to an internet-based weight loss program helps people with obesity lose more weight. About 210 adults with a BMI between 25 and 40 will take part. After 3 months of weight loss treatment, they are randomly assigned to either yoga or health and wellness classes for 9 months. Weight, eating habits, and activity levels are tracked over 18 months.
