Summary

This study looks at whether doing yoga during pregnancy can lower stress, improve sleep, and enhance sexual quality of life. About 70 pregnant women in their third trimester will take part, with half doing yoga and the other half continuing usual care. Researchers will measure changes using standard questionnaires.
