Summary
This study tests whether a specific yoga routine, called Yoga Asana Chandra Harmoni, can improve psychological well-being and learning readiness in medical students. About 80 third-year students will either take part in the yoga sessions or continue their usual activities. Researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and self-directed learning.
