Summary
This study is testing whether a four-week virtual yoga program can help people feel better emotionally while they go through IVF treatment. Researchers want to see if yoga improves quality of life and reduces feelings of anxiety and depression. They will compare a group doing weekly online yoga classes to a group receiving their usual care.
