Summary
This study tests whether a 4-week virtual yoga program can improve quality of life and reduce anxiety and depression in people undergoing IVF. About 80 participants will either take weekly yoga classes or continue their usual care. Researchers will compare changes in well-being over 8 weeks using online surveys.
