Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week chair yoga program is practical and helpful for 20 heart failure patients aged 55 and older living in rural Alabama. Researchers will work with patients and community members to design the program and measure changes in thinking skills and quality of life. The goal is to see if yoga can be a safe, accessible way to support heart failure patients in underserved areas.
