Summary
This study looks at whether doing yoga-based movements once a week, either online or in person, can improve sleep and quality of life for adults with chronic migraine or cluster headache. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to yoga or usual care. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise can be a helpful add-on to standard treatment.
