Yoga may ease severe headaches: new study tests online and In-Person classes

Summary
This study tests whether weekly yoga-based movements, done online or in person, can improve sleep, quality of life, and headache symptoms in adults with chronic migraine or cluster headache. About 80 participants will be randomly assigned to yoga or usual care. The goal is to see if this gentle exercise can be a helpful add-on to standard treatment.
