Can yoga sharpen your mind after depression?

NCT ID NCT06472492

Summary

This study is testing whether a specific yoga program can help improve thinking skills like memory, focus, and mental flexibility in people whose depression is in remission. Researchers will randomly assign 32 participants to either do daily yoga for 6 weeks or continue their usual treatment. The goal is to see if yoga provides benefits that last even after the sessions stop.
