Can yoga sharpen your mind after depression?
NCT ID NCT06472492
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific 6-week yoga program can help improve thinking skills like memory, focus, and mental flexibility in people whose depression is in remission. It will compare 76 participants who either do the yoga program plus their usual treatment or just continue their usual treatment alone. The goal is to see if yoga can help with the lingering thinking problems that often remain even after the main symptoms of depression have lifted.
