Summary

This study tests whether yoga-based exercises can improve community functioning in veterans with severe mental illness like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. About 112 veterans will be randomly assigned to either yoga or a wellness program. The goal is to see if yoga helps with social activities, work, and daily life skills.
