Summary
This study tests whether taking short, 15-minute breaks guided by videos of yoga or square breathing can lower burnout in emergency department workers. About 75 nurses, paramedics, and doctors will try these breaks for 6 months. The goal is to see if these simple practices improve mental health and reduce the high rates of burnout seen in emergency care.
