Summary
This study tests whether taking short, video-guided yoga or square breathing breaks can reduce burnout among emergency department workers. Seventy-five nurses, doctors, and other staff will be able to take these 15-minute breaks as often as they like for 12 months. The main goal is to see if burnout rates drop after 6 months.
