Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine, YKST02, in about 70 people whose multiple myeloma has returned or not responded to at least two prior treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose, while also looking for signs that it can control the cancer. YKST02 works by targeting myeloma cells and helping the body's immune system fight the disease.
