Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new medicine, YKST02, in about 70 people whose multiple myeloma has returned or not responded to at least two prior treatments. The drug is designed to help the body's immune system fight the cancer. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, while also looking for early signs that the drug shrinks tumors.
