New drug takes on hard-to-treat HER2 cancers in first human test

Summary

This study is the first time a new drug called YH32367 is being tested in people. It aims to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors in patients with advanced HER2-positive solid cancers that have spread. About 147 adults with these cancers will take part. The study is not expected to cure the disease, but may help control it.
