Radioactive tracer could supercharge cancer immunotherapy

Summary

This early-stage study tests a radioactive imaging agent called Y-NM600 in up to 60 people with metastatic cancer who are already on immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1). The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, and to see if the agent can make the immunotherapy work better. Participants will be followed for up to 9 months.
