Summary

This study tests a new type of radiation therapy (Y-90 FAPI) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy targets a protein found on cancer cells to deliver radiation directly to tumors. The goal is to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
