Summary

This study tests a new type of radiation therapy (Y-90 FAPI) in 10 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy targets a protein found on cancer cells to deliver radiation directly to tumors. The goal is to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors or slow disease progression.
