Summary
This study tests a new drug called XS-03 combined with standard chemotherapy and bevacizumab in people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has a RAS mutation. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps shrink tumors. About 102 adults aged 18 to 70 are being enrolled at multiple centers.
