Summary
This early-phase study tests a personalized mRNA vaccine (XP-004) combined with a PD-1 inhibitor in 20 patients who had pancreatic cancer surgery but cannot tolerate chemotherapy. The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to recognize and attack the patient's specific tumor. The main goal is to check safety and see if the treatment activates immune cells and delays cancer return.
