Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called XmAb657 in 60 people, including healthy volunteers and those with autoimmune diseases like scleroderma or Sjögren's. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable when given as an injection under the skin. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves through the body.
