Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety of an experimental drug called XmAb27564 in people with plaque psoriasis and atopic dermatitis (eczema). Participants received four injections of either the drug or a placebo over several weeks. The main goal was to see how well people tolerated the treatment and to measure its effects in the body. The trial was terminated early and did not proceed to later phases.
