New pill shows promise for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary

This study tests an experimental daily pill called XL092 in men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer controlled by standard hormone therapy or a targeted radiation treatment (lutetium-177 PSMA). The main goal is to see if the drug can stop the cancer from growing for at least 16 weeks. About 32 participants will take the pill once a day and be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
