First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests a daily oral drug called XL092 in people with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to a specific type of radiation therapy (Lu-177). The main goal is to see if the drug can stop the cancer from growing for at least 16 weeks. About 32 participants will take the pill once a day and have regular checkups to monitor safety and effectiveness.
