Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called XKH001 in 75 people with moderate to severe COPD. The goal is to see if the injection can improve lung function and is safe. The trial has two stages, lasting up to 52 weeks of treatment. Participants will receive either XKH001 or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they get.
