Summary
This study tests a new nasal spray called XJN010 for people with Parkinson's disease who have 'off' episodes—times when their regular medication stops working and symptoms return. The spray aims to quickly improve movement and reduce the time spent in the 'off' state. The trial includes 84 adults aged 30 to 85 and is currently recruiting.
