Summary
This study tests a natural ointment called Xiang Lei Ointment for treating diabetic ulcers, which are slow-healing wounds that often lead to amputation. The ointment aims to reduce inflammation and help wounds heal faster. The trial will include 56 adults with diabetes and ulcers in the granulation phase. Participants will receive the ointment or standard care to see if it improves healing.
