Summary

This study tests a personalized cancer vaccine (XH001) given after surgery for pancreatic cancer. The vaccine is designed to train the immune system to recognize and attack any remaining cancer cells. It is given along with standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination can prevent the cancer from coming back. The trial will include 28 adults who have had their pancreatic cancer surgically removed.
