Noble gas trial offers new hope for autism treatment

Summary

This study is testing whether inhaling xenon gas can improve social skills in children with autism. 72 children, aged 4-18, will breathe either xenon or a placebo gas for 10 minutes a day over 10 days. Researchers will measure changes in social behavior and check the treatment's safety over 3 months.
