Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether a herbal medicine called Wujia Yizhi granules can help people with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's dementia. About 570 adults aged 50-80 will take either the granules or a placebo for 12 months. The study measures changes in memory and daily function to see if the treatment slows the disease.
