Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether Wujia Yizhi granules, a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, can safely slow cognitive decline in people with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's dementia. About 570 participants aged 50-80 will take either the granules or a placebo for 12 months. The study measures changes in memory, thinking, and daily function using standard Alzheimer's assessment scales.
